What if I forgot my Password?
If you do not remember your password you can click here and submit the e-mail address registered with your Rewards account. This will send your login information to your e-mail address within 24 hours.

Be sure to check all the folders in your e-mail account, not just the main Inbox. Your e-mail security may have treated the e-mail as spam and put it in the Spam/Junk/Bulk folder.

Where is the Refer A Friend link?
We appreciate the tremendous response we have had to our refer a friend program! We have reached our quota on the program but encourage you to check back often to see when we have additional needs for referred panelists.
Why do I keep receiving the error message Invalid Username & Password when trying to log into my account.
All initial passwords are assigned and not selected by the end user. Your Password will be a randomly selected word sent to you via email.

If you receive errors when manually entering the information, we recommend that you copy the password from the email you received and paste it directly into the login screen to ensure it is inputted accurately. Make sure to copy the password and/or username only, as any typos or extra spaces will cause your login attempt to fail.

*NOTE* your HIpoints password will be different than your Harris Poll Online password. HIpoints and Harris Poll Online are two separate accounts, each with their own information. Harris Poll administers the surveys while HIpoints is where you redeem points awarded for participation in those surveys.
